SMS is the perfect form of delivery for any short, regular message that needs to get directly to consumers. The flexibility of Plus Telecom’s online platform, Reach, means that SMS can be used as a communication tool quickly, easily and with great effect.
For their Lenten campaign, Plus Telecom assigned the Church of England a suitable keyword and then set up an auto responder to automatically deliver a daily message to abstinent subscribers for the 40 days of Lent. The Church uploaded their 40 messages online, using Plus Telecom’s Reach platform. The 40 messages were then sent automatically, daily, at a prescribed time over the 40 days with no further input needed to manage the campaign.
