What are they?
Location-based services allow information to be delivered to your clients, based on exactly where they are. It's the ultimate in targeted sales and marketing.

Triangulation
Triangulation is the key to locating mobiles. Triangulation works by referencing the mobile against the three nearest mobile phone masts. The CLI is the way to locate landlines. Our system knows the location of every landline number in the UK , based on the CLI. Once the location is determined, local information can be sent or given – the nearest pub, local cinema times or the closest taxi company for example.

If your client agrees to be triangulated whenever you like, then it really starts getting interesting. You can then send your client information based on where they are at any time. If your client is within a certain distance of your business they can be sent a text with instructions on how to get to you. Or with details of a special offer. You can advertise to your clients when and where you like.

Tracking
List services allow you to keep a track of your mobile staff. Regularly triangulating a list of pre-registered mobiles means you can keep up-to-date with movement of people and goods.
